Shipping & delivery

All orders leave our United States warehouse within 1 business day. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days to the contiguous 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories may take a few days longer.

Costs

Standard shipping is free on every order. Because the goods are already in the country, there is no customs clearance, no import duty and no extra tax — the total you see at checkout is the total you pay.

Tracking

You receive an order confirmation email immediately, and a tracking number as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.

Address changes

Need to change an address? Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to catch the parcel before it leaves.
